Sign in & My Account
To start ordering consumables, please get in touch with ZEISS Customer Service. You will receive your ZEISS ID sign in credentials once you have been onboarded and then you can order consumables.
If you forget your password, please click on 'Forgot password' OR contact the customer service. You will receive an email with your user name and for creating a new password for your account.
Navigation and Products
If you cannot find a product, please try searching with product name or material number from the 'Search' icon on top right corner or inform the ZEISS customer service via the 'Contact Us' form.
Please type in your device serial number under 'Add/Remove devices'. Then the shopping cart will get activated.
Yes, by clicking on the small Heart-Icon next to every product, you can save your products as favorites for easy access.
For fastest reordering and checkout, you can create an order template. Simply click on the heart-icon to add your desired products to the order template. Next time you order, you can click on the shopping-cart button next to your Order Template to add all the products at once.
If you order similar products frequently, you can create an Order Template and add these products to this Order Template by clicking on the small Heart-Icon. Next time you order, you can click on the shopping-cart button next to your Order Template to add all the products at once.
Order History
Yes, as long as every person has their individual ZEISS ID sign in, multiple people can place order in the same clinic.
In the order history, the name of the user who has placed the order can be found.
Consignment Stock
If you are using the online shop via your phone, tablet or laptop, you can simply scan the lens using the camera of your device by clicking on this button.
In this case, please select the lens from your consignment stock and uncheck the checkbox for 'implanted' and check the checkbox for 'replenish'. The Zeiss order processing team will get this information and send a replenishment accordingly.
Yes, you have an overview of your stock where you can view lenses in stock, lenses that are about to expire and the ones that have already expired. You can generate an excel list by clicking on each option and also download this list.
